Messages -- If a guest has received a phone message, there is a grey "messages" box sitting on the front desk. The message will be left here under the guest's last name.
Receiving calls - If a guest wishes to receive a phone call, they must notify the front desk when the call is expected. They give their name to the staff and wait there, in the café, or the lounge (as long as the front desk staff knows and it's close by) until the call has come in. The call is then transferred to the lounge phone for privacy.
Fax:
Fax received - If the guest has received a fax message there will be a message in the grey "messages" box telling them to ask the front desk staff for the faxed letter.
Fax send - Guests wishing to send a fax can do so by asking the front desk to send it. The cost is $1.00/page for Canada and the United States, $3.00/page for international faxes.
